Who lead your tours?
We have 2 licenced and experienced guides that will help and accompany you during the trip.
Do all guides speak English?
Yes, all our guides are fluent in English.
Do you offer any discount if I book several tours?
Yes, we do provide a 20CAD off per person multiple booking discount if you book 2 tours or more with us (please note that this discount will only apply if you book at least 2 tours, not transfers (transfers are not considered as tours).
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
UaCalgaryTravel makes every effort to serve our customers better. In case of cancelation you will recieve full refund if you will notify us 72 hours before trip . Partial refund 50% if we will recieve information about your cancelation less than 72 hours before trip.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserves the right to cancel your booking or change the tour date. We will contact you prior to the departure to inform you of any changes.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
